Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations only if requested before your order has shipped.
A $2.10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processor service fees.

Return Policy

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Lost Packages

USPS is responsible for lost packages.
If your tracking number shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Customs Fees (International Orders)

We do not cover any customs fees that may be charged by your country’s customs authorities.
While most international customers should not be charged customs fees, some regions may impose additional import taxes or duties.

Incorrect/Invalid Address

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately to request an update.
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it in time and are not responsible for misdelivered packages.
We now offer a reshipping service for undeliverable orders at releasebythenine.com/reship.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to sender, it is considered lost unless reshipped.
We previously were unable to process returns, but we now offer a reshipping service at releasebythenine.com/reship.
Reshipping is subject to additional costs, which the customer must cover.

Email Communications

We may send emails about products related to your previous purchases.
For example, if you purchase a Frank Ocean set, we may notify you when a new Frank Ocean set is in stock.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time here.

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to customers aged 18 or older.
Valid for orders placed on releasebythenine.com , ninereleases.com , and etsy.com/shop/ninereleases.
Void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period
 Orders must be placed between 2.3.25 and 2.9.25 (before kickoff).
Predictions must be submitted at the time of purchase by including the chosen Super Bowl winner in the order notes.

3. How It Works
 Customers who place an eligible order and correctly predict the Super Bowl winner will receive a 50% refund on their order subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping).
Refunds will be issued within 7 days after the Super Bowl concludes.

4. General Conditions
 This promotion is a conditional rebate and not a sweepstakes, lottery, or gambling event.
Only one prediction per order is allowed.
If a customer submits multiple orders, each order will be treated separately.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be provided.

5. Disqualification & Liability
 Any fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete entries may result in disqualification.
Nine Releases reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or legal compliance requirements.
By participating, customers agree that Nine Releases is not responsible for any errors, delays, or disputes regarding the refund process.
