Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations only if requested before your order has shipped.
A $2.10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processor service fees.
Return Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Lost Packages
USPS is responsible for lost packages.
If your tracking number shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Customs Fees (International Orders)
We do not cover any customs fees that may be charged by your country’s customs authorities.
While most international customers should not be charged customs fees, some regions may impose additional import taxes or duties.
Incorrect/Invalid Address
If you enter an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately to request an update.
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it in time and are not responsible for misdelivered packages.
We now offer a reshipping service for undeliverable orders at releasebythenine.com/reship.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to sender, it is considered lost unless reshipped.
We previously were unable to process returns, but we now offer a reshipping service at releasebythenine.com/reship.
Reshipping is subject to additional costs, which the customer must cover.
Email Communications
We may send emails about products related to your previous purchases.
For example, if you purchase a Frank Ocean set, we may notify you when a new Frank Ocean set is in stock.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time here.

2026 WORLD CUP PREDICTION PROMOTION
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY AVAILABLE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The 2026 World Cup Prediction Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Nine Releases ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
The Promotion is valid only through purchases made on:
- NineReleases.com
- ReleaseByTheNine.com
Employees, affiliates, and anyone directly involved in administering this Promotion may be deemed ineligible at the Sponsor's discretion.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on the date announced by Sponsor and ends ten (10) minutes after kickoff of the first 2026 FIFA World Cup Semifinal match.
Entries or predictions received after this deadline are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
Purchase Entry
Customers placing an eligible order may submit one (1) prediction for the nation they believe will win the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Predictions must be submitted during checkout using the designated prediction field or order notes.
Predictions cannot be edited or changed after the order has been placed.
Only one prediction is permitted per eligible order.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
Individuals may enter without making a purchase by mailing a handwritten letter containing:
- Full legal name
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Predicted World Cup champion
- A handwritten explanation (approximately one full page) describing why they believe their selected nation will win the tournament.

Mail entries must be received before the applicable prediction deadline.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.
5. Promotional Reward
Eligible participants whose prediction correctly identifies the official 2026 FIFA World Cup Champion will receive a one-time promotional discount code based on the tournament stage during which their prediction was submitted.
Discount amounts:

No new predictions will be accepted after ten (10) minutes following kickoff of the first Semifinal match.
6. Promotional Discount
Winning participants may redeem their promotional discount on one future purchase.
The promotional discount:
- is valid for one (1) order only;
- is non-transferable;
- has no cash value;
- cannot be redeemed for cash;
- may not be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by Sponsor;
- expires ninety (90) days after issuance;
- applies to merchandise subtotal only and excludes taxes, shipping, duties, gift cards, and prior purchases.
Sponsor reserves the right to establish a reasonable maximum promotional discount value if necessary.
7. General Conditions
One prediction per eligible entry.
Each eligible purchase constitutes a separate entry.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing any promotional reward.
Orders canceled, refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent are not eligible.
Sponsor may refuse or cancel entries submitted using automated methods, multiple identities, bots, or any method intended to manipulate the Promotion.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Nine Releases and its owners, affiliates, employees, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or redemption of any promotional reward.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries, technical malfunctions, website outages, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
9. Modification or Termination
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's control interfere with the proper administration of the Promotion.
Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, interpretation of these Official Rules, and administration of the Promotion are final.
10. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy practices.
